Shipping Charges

• We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email or SMS so you can track your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their policy. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or the customer is unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
